VetTree Limited Liability Company (the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains how the Company protects and processes users' personal information.
1. Personal information we collect and how we collect it

Collection method: information is entered directly during registration and service use, or generated and collected automatically while the service is used.
2. Purposes of processing personal information
- Identifying and managing members, sign-in, and identity verification
- Providing services such as AI analysis of oral photos, and storing and displaying results and records
- Responding to customer inquiries and delivering notices
- Analyzing service usage statistics and improving the service
3. Retention and use periods
- Member information: until membership is withdrawn, unless applicable law requires retention for a specified period.
- Uploaded images and analysis records: until the user deletes them or withdraws membership. Temporary processing data is destroyed within a set period after processing is complete.
4. Use of uploaded images and analysis data
The Company may use pseudonymized or anonymized information that cannot identify an individual for statistics, research, and model performance improvement.
5. Provision of personal information to third parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties beyond the scope described in this Policy, except in the following cases.
- When the user has separately consented in advance, including partner integrations described in Section 4
- When required by law or by a lawful request from an investigative authority

7. Overseas transfer of personal information
The Company uses cloud infrastructure operated by overseas businesses to provide the service. Personal information may therefore be transferred to and stored outside Korea.

Users may refuse an overseas transfer, but doing so may restrict the related feature, such as cloud storage.
8. Rights of users and legal representatives
Users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent at any time. The Company will act without delay in accordance with applicable law. Membership withdrawal may be requested through the service or the contact details below.
9. Destruction of personal information
The Company destroys personal information without delay when its retention period expires or its processing purpose has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted using a method that prevents recovery.
10. Measures to safeguard personal information
The Company implements administrative and technical safeguards for secure processing, including access control, encryption during transmission and storage, and retention of access logs.

12. Changes to this Policy
This Privacy Policy may be revised when laws or the service change. The effective date and details of a revision will be announced through the service.
